Warrington GP Health Centre’s shared CVD scheme is ready to go live on 9th September at Dallam. Over 200 invites have gone out and bookings are flowing in. Patients can make appointments with Greenbank (a local practice) or Warrington GP Health Centre. The scheme aims to help prevent cardio vascular disease and support patients who have been diagnosed.
