Our service is for urgent problems that cannot wait until your GP practice opens and is accessed by calling NHS 111.

All telephone calls to and from our organisation are recorded for your protection and monitoring purposes and may subsequently be used as a tool for audit and training.
Patient confidentiality is paramount. However, in certain circumstances it may be necessary to share your details with other health and social care professionals in order to ensure that your care needs are met.

When you telephone, the operator will ask you for:
- The patient’s name
- The patient’s date of birth
- Contact telephone number
- Name of the patient’s GP or practice
