    Devon Doctors Group are currently recruiting for 111 Clinical advisors to work within our offices based in Taunton.

    About the position:

    As a NHS 111 Clinical Advisor at Devon Doctors, your job is to carry out clinical triage; providing assessment, advice and information to the patient. You will also be require to support and assist our Health & Service Advisors in the management of situations while always ensuring patient safety.

    We are able to offer a minimum of 20 hours per week up to full time hours, which will include a mixture of days and evenings or predominately overnights should you chose to do so.

    There is a requirement to work 2 out of 4 weekends as well as bank holidays.

    Who we are looking for:

    You must be a registered nurse or paramedic with at least 2 years’ experience in an Acute or Primary/community Care setting and you will ideally be NHS Pathways trained and working on Version 19 with at least 12 months post training experience.

    If you haven’t received the relevant pathways training we provide full training on NHS Pathways and systems to prepare you for the role. Our training courses are full-time and our current schedule is:

    • Two full weeks in the classroom.
    • Once you successfully complete the classroom assessments, you will move on to one-on-one coaching taking live calls for 4-5 weeks.
    • You will then return to the classroom for a further weeks Pathways clinical training. On successful completion of the final clinical week you will then graduate and become fully fledged within our team.
