AH-0177 Director of Primary Care

Devon Doctors Group are recruiting for a Director of Primary Care to provide strategic leadership to its subsidiary Access Health Care and the contracts supporting the Mayflower Medical Group and Clocktower Surgery.

The successful applicant will have experience of operating at director or senior manager level in complex organisations, preferably within the health sector and have a clear track record of leading large teams.

Experience of practice management and the AMSPAR qualification are desirable but equivalents in other fields will be equally considered. Excellent people management skills and the ability to lead organisational change projects are essential.
